A Bright Future

Lucy attends Christian Lieberg Secondary School because she is a recipient of a Team Malawi bursary. She is the third child of four, but her older brothers dropped out of school as they couldn’t afford it.

Lucy is very grateful for the opportunity to go to school and for the delivery of exercise books which she also receives from Team Malawi. She knows that without the bursary and the gift of books, she wouldn’t be able to go to school. She wants to be a lawyer and, according to her Headteacher, she is doing very well and is set to pass her Junior Certificate exams this year.
